The shoe boutique, which won a Best-of-Philly 2008 award for women’s shoes after being open for just over a year, has a deceptively vast selection in its small storefront. Owner, Elena Brennan, a British import, fills her shop with hard-to-find international brands from Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Israel, Australia, France, and of course, England.
