We hope that after viewing our site you will stop by our shop to try on a pair of shoes! On occasion we will list Specials and Discounts on the site for you to order. We are looking to add online ordering capability in the future, but for now you can follow these steps:
How to Order
1. Click on Purchase from one of our Specials listings. In the subject of this e-mail, include the item, style, color and size you are interested in purchasing (e.g. Terra Plana Opei black size 37).
2. Next, please include your contact information (Name, Address, E-Mail, and Telephone Number) in the message body. We will respond promptly with a subtotal and payment details.
Payment
If you cannot make it to the shop, we accept most major Credit Cards over the telephone.
Delivery
Shipping & handling charge is $12 within the continental United States.
Returns & Refunds
All sales through the Specials section are final. Non-sale merchandise is returnable for exchange or
credit only. However, we would be happy to answer any questions about the merchandise prior to your purchase. Feel free to email Elena.
